As for what I do on the 4th of July...well, since it's so hot here, I don't bbq. I relax and then head outside to see the fireworks when it gets dark.

I blogged about it here and on the 4th we usually go outside in the driveway and shoot off family friendly fireworks. There are a couple of wonderful fireworks displays around here but we're also a tourist town and getting out of there afterwards in a nightmare!
