Yes jill, Very weird. It was 17 degrees Sunday Morning in N. Charleston SC since then it has been much warmer...in the 20s....

Charleston, South Carolina, has been named among the top 10 art destinations in the United States by AmericanStyle Magazine. Can't believe it's 17 degrees at Charleston west virginia downtown.
